ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that upon execution of the purchase agreement and transfer of payment, the sale is complete and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. The Buyer affirms they have inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the vehicle prior to purchase and accepts the vehicle in its present condition, unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Buyer understands that no cooling-off period applies to motor vehicle purchases and that the Seller makes no guarantees or promises beyond those expressly provided in the written agreement. Any applicable warranties (manufacturer or third-party) remain in force but do not grant the right to rescind the sale.
By completing the transaction, the Buyer fully accepts these terms.
